Very few experienced staff at this location. For visa purposes only one or two staff are knowledgeable and all other staff seems to rely on them, and will interrupt them to ask questions even if they are in the middle of assisting a customer. This causes too much delay and frustration among the people waiting to get their problems sorted. The location has potential but without staff training this area will fail.

I was there earlier today morning. The Operations Supervisor was very kind and helpful. Everyone in the team had a pleasant look on their face whenever someone asks a question even though they are on a very busy environment.My 5 Star rating goes out to all of you at the receptions desk. The best example of what Customer Happiness should be!

All here they accept wasta or if someone have more submission they doing that only without token and all but for others all they are just waiting for their number today I wait more than 2 hours and which. Is come after me they finish work and go all by relation they really need Manager strict Manager

Went to have my emirates ID replacement, i had a token no. And its shows 0 waiting customer, but still i waited for my number to be shown.. But nothing! I waited for 30 mins. And the man in counter wait gor the other man, even he is not doing anytbing... Im not asking for a favor or special treatment despite i am pregnant.. But all ur staff are busy on thier.mobile phone!

Fyi, UAE Pass is a free service and registration is free. Just install the app and look for a kiosk near you.

Baaaaaad service at infinity services. No sense of proper customer service. I had to wait for an hour and when inquired about the reason of the delay they just said there is a problem with the system. Actually only two counters were operational. Cost cutting or lack of control over missing employees

No token availabe. Sat there for almost four hours. After that they are telling me no renewal of daman card and to go to another office. Wen i reached there the daman counter is closed. The time is only 2.30pm

Unnecessary delay in Muroor road branch. They dont consider even the token number. They give preference Arabic people only.But UAE government do not give another option. What to do!!
